The OCD and Anxiety support group provides sufferers with a platform where they feel comfortable to voice and share their fears and anxiety in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental and environment, and share what they use to cope with it.
This is an English speaking support group meeting open to teenagers and young adults aged 15–21-year-old.
The group is structured to include discussions, reflections and opportunities to learn and practice different proven methods to reduce anxiety as a group. It is not compulsory for one to share at meetings if they do not feel comfortable.
The meeting is faciliated by the CEO and founder of OCDAHK, a cognitive behaviour therapist.
This is an online event, link will be provided.
Fee for joining the event is HK$50.
