Please consider making a donation to support us in: 

1) Providing regular support group meetings for teenagers suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Anxiety Disorders and Depression. We are hoping to launch this in September 2020

16.6% of our youth suffer from mental illness and 27% of students have contemplated hurting themselves even to a point of suicide over the past 6 months (HKP, 2016)  Mental Health Disorders can cause disruption in daily life making functioning, interacting , school and every day tasks difficult.

2) Offering counselling services to individuals who do not have access to or cannot afford treatment.  We are hoping to launch a Virtual Mental Health Clinic in May/June 2020.

13.9% of HK’s population suffer from mental illness with anxiety disorders and depression being the most common. Unfortunately, it takes anywhere from 12-24 months to get an appointment to see a therapist in a public hospital and each session lasts 5-7 minutes on average which means the main form of treatment is medication not therapy. Private counselling sessions are available in HK at a high free of $1500-$3000HKD per hour. 

Any amount will be greatly appreciated. Receipts and tax exemption will be granted for any donation higher than $100HKD

$100HKD – for a teenager struggling with Anxiety, Depression or OCD to attend 2 monthly support group meetings  to learn coping skill, share with others and feel connected.

$200 HKD -  for an adult from a low income family to have 1 session of one to one counselling for Anxiety, Depression or OCD . 

$500-for a teenager struggling with Anxiety, Depression or OCD to attend 10 monthly support group meetings  per year to learn coping skill, share with others and feel connected.

$1000HKD for an adult or teenager  from a low income family to have 5 sessions of one to one counselling for Anxiety, Depression or OCD .
