Coaching and Psychoeducation  for Individuals and Families

The founder of OCD and Anxiety Support Hong Kong provides one to one coaching to individuals and their families who are suffering or affected by Anxiety Disorders or OCD.  As a Cognitive Behaviour Practitioner and advocate, both Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Exposure Response Prevention are the main types of treatment methods used. However, techniques from Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Yoga practices are incorporated within sessions too. Psychoeducation is provided to give individuals and their families a better understanding of the physical presentation,  thought patterns , feelings and behaviour associated with each Anxiety Disorder and OCD.
